Buying a subscription on a new SIM

Hi there, I ordered a free sim from EE and it came. Now Im a bit stumped as to how to buy the subscription pack I need. Do I need to call EE to get the SIM activated before I can purchase anything? How do I purchase the subscription packs. Am I being an utter numpty? Thanks!

No, it's activated as long as you 1st use it in UK.

All you need do is top-up it & buy a pack.
