Number has gone into hibernation, I have topped up but I still cant call 150

Title explains it. I got a text on the 25th of august saying it's been a while since I did a chargeable activity. I found out a few days ago my number is in hibernation now. I have topped up, but It wont let me call EE on 150 to get my number out of hibernation.

You need to CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on another phone as yours is inactive due to hibernation.
