I am on pay as you go and need to delete a card and use a different one for this, however I can only add a card and there’s no way on the ee app to delete the card I no longer need. Honestly stupid I’ve seen multiple other people with this problem since 2021 but nothing to resolve the issue ?!anybody have any ideas?

Shouldn’t there be anyway of doing this through either the app or website? Why would we need to ring customer service to perform such a basic task? I could do it before.

If you log into your My EE account online and select account settings, do you have the option to change the card?
