Hi! I am new to EE. I mistakenly topped up my account with 30 pounds, and I wanted to buy a bundle of internet for 30 pounds. When I try to buy a pack using credit nothing happens.

@bartus2003 : What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

I am having this exact issue.

The only way EE allows me to buy a Pack is to get a new SIM to go with the pack.  Don't have time for that.

I texted AL  to 150 and got this.  I used to have GBP 15 but needed to use my phone so I am currently just burning credit on calls and texts.   Bought a GBP 3 top up of 500 Mb data which was the only way to get any data (needed it for the sat nav).

When I had GBP 15 I texted PACK10 to 150 and said "yes" to the plan change, but just got this response:

To use data on your phone, you'll need an add-on or pack. Click here to buy http://add-on.ee.co.uk/text

Hi @MontanaProf.

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team about this.

They'll be able to see what is stopping you from getting a pack.
