I started last month with a 15 gb package, used my phone all month, and re upped this month and it says 15 gb rolled over so now I have 30? Did something not connect correctly? Why does it not say I’ve used any data? What’s going on?

@Clkelley By any chance was you connected to Wi-Fi ? If you was this will not use your data allowance.

I used WiFi for some of the time but I definitely was on 4G for a number of full days. I just want to make sure I’m not going to be charged elsewhere for that data I’ve used?

Hi @Clkelley.
With pay as you go packs you pay in advance, so you wouldn't be billed later down the line.
That text seems to suggest you have 101GB of data.
