My current package expires in 10 days but I have run out of data. May I buy a new package now or must I wait until the current one expires

Hi @Murphy26

Welcome to the community.

Yes you can absolutely top up and purchase a new pack, once you have done that just text NOW to 150 and this will activate the new pack for you.

Thanks

Thanks for info

I cannot text from the sim phone number as the sim is in a router being used for data only.

Can I do this through the EE app

Yes, you may buy another pack & then text NOW to 150 to have it start immediately replacing the old pack.
