Boosts No Longer Being Added to My PAYG account?

I have been with EE for a long long time - in fact I started out with Orange who later got taken over by EE.

I have a PAYG and do a monthly renew on it.  Until last April, I had boosts added for every third monthly pack purchased.  So in total i have had 11 free boosts of 100MB plus various other boosts for minutes and texts.  I have noticed that my boosts are now stuck, saying I need two more for a free boost to be added, but obviously I should have had at least 2 more boosts since April.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Tracey

Sounds like in April you switched from a legacy pack with boosts every 3 packs to a modern pack with boosts every 2 packs but you should still be getting them. What does texting BOOST to 150 report?

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

Thanks for reply.  Texting 150 shows

Great news. You will get an extra 150 minutes and 1.1GB every time you buy a pack. You are also 2 more packs away from being able to add another boost. For more info go to EE. ee.co.uk/EE

Text says 2 more packs away (I already have one of the three pack icons on the app coloured awaiting 2 more)

Hey there @Tracey98.

Like @XRaySpeX mentioned, whilst older packs used to be every 3 months, on newer packs this switched over to every 2 months with a maximum boost of 3GB.

We don't have access to your account via this public forum, but if you get in touch with our Customer Care team, they can check the exact pack you're on at the moment, and confirm the status of your boosts.

Thanks.  I gave them a call - quite a faff knowing what option to pick to get through to a person!

Apparently I've been with Orange/EE 22years on same PAYG contract.

The EE customer services lady reckons I am getting the boosts, albeit it has stopped letting me choose them.  However after getting off phone and rechecking I think she has factored in the added data that I've had to purchase.

Will see what my account says when it renews end of January but its annoying that it isn't really clear what's happening.

I think as my account us so old and a PAYG EE always keen to get me to switch to a newer PAYG or pay monthly.

Thanks for the update @Tracey98.

If you do still have any queries at the end of the month, give the team another call and they can check the boosts for you, and if there is anything that doesn't look right, they can look at it further for you.
