Good morning
I've been abroad the UK for more than a month and wont be back until march for instance I cancelled any sort of subscription or automatic payment taken from my card, and today I wake up to a Data pack being bought automatically???
I don’t understand why? And I think is not acceptable, EE shouldn’t be allowed to do this without my consent..
What am I gonna do with a data-pack here in Asia when I cannot use it…
I already cancelled it again to avoid recurring payments but I need help on how to avoid EE doing it regardless without my consent…
if this happens again I will report to the financial ombudsman cos is scam.

Did you text STOP PACK to stop the pack from renewing before travelling?
If you would like to get this looked into and make sure this does not happen again, I would suggest getting in touch with our pay as you go guides they can access the account and see what has happened to help you further 🙂

Hi @JuanfernandoGC.
Thanks for coming here.
I am sorry to hear this has happened.
How did you cancel your recurring payment, was this direct with EE?
