I am EE user . I am now in Myanmar . From abroad ,By roaming on , by using EE SIM card, I could send sms to EE sms service, 150 but I could not received call from Halifax bank UK and others. I have to log in back to my bank mobile banking application but I could not received security call from bank. I checked EE SIM card credit . Recently, In Myanmar I did not reload credit to my EE SIM card . Credit is 0£.
I want to know clear that because of my credit empty , Didn’t I receive call from UK ? Is it correct? But Sending Messages to EE are all ok 👌.
Let me know well . Please, try to reply me as fast as possible . Thank you.

Are you on EE PAYG or pay monthly contract.
When was the last time you made a chargeable call or text.

@muhammadamin : You need to have PAYG credit to receive calls outside the EU. Receiving calls in Myanmar costs £1.80 / min.
