Hello,
I am currently abroad, so phoning EE or going into an EE store isn't an option.
I would like to buy a pack or buy data as an add on. I have logged into both the EE app and website. My account is topped up with £10.25 credit. But every time I go through the process of buying a pack or buying data through an add on, it comes up with the an error saying to come back later. I have "come back later" on several occasions now and the same error message comes up every time. I have even tried adding a direct debit to buy a pack and this causes the same error.
Does anyone have any recommendations?

Are you PAYG and was the SIM activated in the UK.

Yes I am PAYG and it was activated in the UK. I have had the same sim for years.

@rjfarren1 : When did you previously make a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-chargeable use. You then have a further 3 months period of grace to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
