Hello I got this SIM card at airport 6 months ago. I can not make any subscription and lots of feature in app are unable to use. What I need to do?

Hi @Alpsaritas 

Did you activate the sim in the UK. It is likely the sim is dead if you have failed to use it.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
