Addons Purchase error:(

Hello,

I have a problem with addons.

I top up like always and want to buy unlimited 30 days again but can't do anything because of that "purchase error"

I have subscription pack.

Is there any other way to buy 30 unlimited days?

no wifi = no internet = no access to add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase

add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase is zero rated, so you can access it even when you have used all of your data allowance.

But there is no 30 days unlimited data option on the web page of add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase. We want to buy 30 days unlimited data. I have done it almost two years via text 150 and there was no error but today I encounter the problem.

I texted 150 Add data it replied £40 for 30 days unlimited data (UNL DATA) and I topped up £40. However, after I entered UNL DATA, it replied that I need £50. I tried to add on via EE app but there's error.

 

Additional information: I have the subscription pack (£10). I pay it every month.

Getting the same error. Added £10 top up but can't purchase any add-ons or subs due to this error. 

Tried on my laptop to purchase, it fails. Tried texting 150, it fails as zero minutes, tried on my phone on wifi, via the EE app and also Safari and it fails. Tried via the app and Safari on phone data and it can't load the page as zero data. 

Pretty awful service when you can't even top up your phone allowances via any means it seems.
