Hi, I want to add 2 PAYG numbers to my APP. Is that possible??

@ASSAFSHANI , if you have not made a chargeable call or text on the number you are unable to add, then it could have gone into hibernation or completely gone, take a look here:

Yes this is possible if all numbers on the account are on pay as you go. If you log into the My EE app and select menu > account settings > add account.

In this case, can you log into your My EE account online through a web browser @ASSAFSHANI
Then select menu > account settings > add an account, does this work for you?

Indeed the website gave me the option. Bit I am unable to register this number. Actually the number is old so maybe it is void.
The number is xxxxxxxxxxx, puk xxxxxxxx and the sim itself xxxxxxxxxxxx
Can you.kindly let me.know if thus can be recharged or is this void by now.
