Add ons missing from account

Hi all,

I have pay as you go for ages. It started with £1 a week for 100mb, 10 mins and 10 texts. Over the years I have accumulated a lot of free boosts and now get 1.1gb, 80 mins and 35 texts weekly for £1

I have been having some issues with add ons in the last 2 weeks. I topped up £10 on 30th June and already I need to top up again. I have not used my 80 minutes either of 2 weeks. I def didn't use all the data as I was home on my wifi and I didn't send any text messages. 

Yet, I have £0.65 left on my account.

 

I checked my balance on the app, it's giving me 1gb left and 0 minutes and 0 texts out of 0, like there was nothing there to start with. Checking on website, I don't even have data left.

I tried calling 150, I tried the onoine chat and both are utterly useless. Can someone please help me with this as I am travelling in 12 hours and need to sort out my add ons??
