I want to actuve £10 data package. But not yet active it. I have £10 credit

Do you have your EE online account setup? If so you can login there to select the pay as you go pack you want to purchase. You can also text PACK10 to 150 from your mobile to purchase the £10 pack.

@Menaka : When did you buy in? Is it on a new or existing PAYG SIM?
