Hi I paid for a £15 subscription pack/plan on the 22nd and I got my sim with this on through the post yesterday 25th October, I have put the sim in the phone and noticed no messages was going through or calls but the Internet I paid for with it was working when I was out I want to know why exactly the unlimited texts and calls are not working when that's why I choosen that pack I have important things going on and it's very crucial I can message or make calls due to health as well as my kid with school ext I really need this sorting any ideas on how? Would be really appreciated seen as this was all the money I had for this

Your pack may not have started yet but the data being used may be from the initial free 50MB (I think) you get besides the pack.

How do I find out when the start date is please

 

Just tells me what amount of credit I have which is nothing I just bought the subscription pack for unlimited calls and texts with Internet for £15 and info that come with the card says it will start when you send out a text or call but it won't allow me too
