Hi, I’m just wondering if I’m able to get my account credit refunded to me because I set up a direct debit for my plan and that’s been working fine but the other direct debit that I set up for my previous pay as you go package has also been getting taken off my account for the last few months too and I can’t find anywhere online to cancel or see the payments on ee and it’s not set up on my banking either cause I definitely cancelled it when I switched to the new plan.

@Murney0908 : You don't pay for PAYG by DD. You probably have a Direct Bank Card Payment on it.

Text STOP PLAN to 150 & it'll stop buying the pack & stop the auto direct card payment. When you next buy your pack you'll have the option to pay for it by PAYG credit or start another direct card payment.

Also it will be a separate EE a/c from your contract. They don't mix.
