Hey, I have two phone numbers in my account and I accidentally topped up the wrong one. Can I transfer the balance from one (inactive - I don't even have the sim card anymore) number to the other (the active one)?

Possibly but if you lost it over 9 months ago it would have been deactivated due to non-use & the no. lost.
