A need to change number

Jdubs

I recently bought my girlfriend a payg sim because of her abusive ex and he managed to get hold of her new number (because her mother is a B) and I suggested getting a new sim again but my gf doesn't want to keep changing sims so I'm wondering if there is a way to change the number on payg.

Hi @Jdubs

Changing the SIM is same as changing the number on PAYG.

Can you not block the malicious number, maybe also report to the police.

Thanks

As per previous - either get a new SIM or contact CS and report malicious calls to get a change of number on the existing SIM.

Blocking the number and/or withholding your girlfriend's number on all outbound calls are worth considering. This case appears to merit police involvement as mentioned.

You may call CS & they'll change your mobile no. for £36. The charge might be waived if you can show you are being harassed.
