Thanks @Normstew.

How are you trying to add the pack?

What reply did you get when you text Balance to 150?

Same situation as you. Credit card has worked for months, it's still valid.

The latest payment process has not gone through.

Now trying to add another card, and the interface won't save it.

Tried on mobile, tried on laptop, same unsuccessful outcome.

Very disappointing customer service.

Hi @G-EH11.

Are you getting an error message when you try to add the card?

Jon

I get £14.50 when I text balance to 150 . Got this because I have given up trying to add a pack so will just add credit when I need it . Very poor it will not let me have a pack as it will end up costing me more money .

I am trying to add pack online and I know that my card details are correct so should work .

There is no error message. The site just moves automatically to the previous screen, and it scrolls automatically down to the 'Helpful' banner message towards the bottom of the screen.
Do I get free credit for helping with debugging one of your core interfaces?
