I've just put an new Pay and Go Sim in. It says on the envelope that it came in that I've selected pack 20GB for £10 Summer Sale but I've just put £10 on it and it's telling me that I only have 5GB. Does this take time to be added or have I been conned and have to contact EE?

That's correct! You get the normal 5GB £10 pack with the residue 15GB as a data add-on you can use when the initial 5GB is exhausted.

Thanks for the reply.
That sounds a little complicated for someone like me! 🙂 It would help if EE told you this though.
Thanks again.

Interesting that you have to put your faith in EE and how do you know when the "Summer Sale" ends and you pay the standard £10 for just 5Gb??

@thundercracker1 : Where or how have I put my faith in EE? The Summer Sale was on at the time of this thread. You've arrived too late for it.
