How do I top up? I bought a voucher online, but I cannot send SMS to number 150 or dial it.

A couple of months in February or so. The thing is, I can see the 4G symbol and "R" roaming symbol active on my phone and I still receive text messages on the phone but I dont have credits and I cant call nor text outbound. I did buy a top up voucher but when I send the code to 150 (as per instruction) i get an error message - "Cant send message with EE - Error 0". It is frustrating! :S

If you haven't used your SIM since February, your account will be in hibernation.
Please get in touch with Customer Care to reactivate your SIM.

Are you outside EU? You can't text 150 from there. You won't be able to use your eVoucher until you return to UK.

I've been trying to contact EE customer care but I cant talk to a human representative. It's kind frustrating.
Are there any other options to get my EE sim topped up outside the UK?

Thanks for your response mate. The thing is EE instructions state that I can top up from any country using 150 but in my case, I cannot. i get an error saying "Cannot send to EE - error 0"
Are there any other options for me to top up outside the UK? its kinda frustrating, i need to top up.

They don't! They say call 360 from any country.
