150 messages

I have PAYG and keep getting a text message from 150 everyday to tell me my balance.  How can I stop these text messages?

Does the message say anything about replying to it to stop the messages?

Hi Chris, it just says how much is in the account each time. I tried replying with STOP but that didn’t work. Doesn’t say how to stop them. Might have to walk into an EE shop and ask them, or ring 150 but don’t fancy being on hold all evening!

Yes, I think that's best. Doing either of those options will let us check your account and remove any alerts.
