£1 pack stop and re-start

I have a £1 pack which renews automatically every week. I have built up a large number of "boost"s for voice, sms and data.

I'm not going to be able to use this phone for a couple of months, so would like to stop the auto-renew but can't see how.

I can stop the pack, but I'm worried that I won't be able to re-start it again, or that if I can restart it, I will have lost my boosts.

So how do I pause/stop the pack and restart it again? Will I still have all my boosts?

So can I not suspend the auto-renew of the pack?

It can be done by running out of credit, then topping up when u want the pack to restart.
if it doesn’t auto renew (it stopped with me after 1 month) text “all packs” which gives you a list of choices, then “VIPTALK101” which restart your legacy pack with all the boosts.

Not sure if it works if you stop the plan (I wondered that, which brought me here)

I waited approx 7months between topping up/having a pack, just used the  phone to receive calls & texts in that time.

Morning @Lawrieloz

Thanks for coming to the community 🙂

If you have an older pack and stop this, you would have to select one of the new available packs when you wanted to start a pack again.

Thanks.

Leanne.
