Hi EE Community,
I’m currently using a PAYG EE SIM (ending with 1513). I have topped up £30 and attempted to activate PLAN10 (£10 for 8GB), but the pack hasn’t activated and I haven’t received any confirmation.
More urgently, I’m not receiving any SMS messages, including important verification codes.
I’ve already tried:
I’m flying out of the UK tomorrow morning, so I urgently need help activating PLAN10 or fixing the SMS issue today.
Please advise or escalate this if possible.

It's PACK10 to be texted to 150, not PLAN10.
Where are you going?
What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
We don't do escalations! This is a user group, not CS.

On the specific issue of your SMS, when did you last receive a text message?
If you send a text to yourself, do you receive it?
