Hi I bought a subscription pack for £10 and received this text from 150
Hi from EE. Thanks for buying a £10 Subscription Pack - you'll get 500 minutes, unlimited texts, and 8GB of data....
I have no idea how to use it though. If I try to call someone it says I have no credit.
If I text NOW to 150 it says
Sorry, but we couldn't complete your request as you currently don't have a Plan. To choose a Plan, text ALL PLANS to 150.
But I don't want a plan, I want a temporary PAYG number that I can top-up.
What should I do now?
I have tried calling and EE have said that they cannot see any credit on my account.

Are you in UK?
What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

I have realised what has happened. I googled EE top-up and it took me to something that isn't EE's website at all, is actually something called prepaidmobilerecharge.com
Two odd things about that
- it was the top result for 'EE pay as you go top-up' (or something like that)
- (strangely) I still did receive a text message from 150 confirming the purchase as described above. Indicating that there is some affiliation between them and EE (rather than the scam it appears to be...)

That wasn't all that AL replied.

Full message was:
Your current balance as of today 15:47 is £0.00. For more info on your packs, add-ons or free boosts, go to the EE app or ee.co.uk
For info on our other Text Services, reply HELP or go to ee.co.uk/textservices

You have no pack which contradicts that 1st text you had from EE. How long ago did you receive that text? If it's less than 30 days you need to call CS to find out what's going on.

Thanks for that, cheers!
