We have no account access and do not know who you are, you will have to check yourself by logging in and clicking on shop and checking whether it is available and whether you are eligible for an upgrade. You can also ring customer services to do the upgrade that way, which is how I always do it, personally.

thanks for that i can't find this phone on ee upgrade and i have tried
customer service but they have not picked up in over 3 hours/

EE do not sell that device. If you want it you'll need to buy it direct.

@1974Anniv , if EE do not have it, then you would have to look elsewhere for it, they do not have all the phones that are available to buy. EBay seem to have them, not sure where else.
