Z fold screen protector replacement

I've been trying for 3 days to get through to a person just to ask if they do screen protector replacements for the z fold 4 at market street Manchester but it just disconnects me or gets me stuck in perpetual options.

EE also has no basic support to just ask a question like this. How can I find out without having to travel to the shop?

You can either go to a high street store and get one, or go on EBay or Amazon and order one there, you do not need to get them from EE. I otherwise do not have an answer.

If you're just looking for a generic screen protector for this handset, our stores may stock these, but stock levels will vary depending on branch, so you would need to contact them directly. 

It is possible to contact them directly, but if our team are busy they may not have anyone available to take calls immediately.

If I remember rightly Samsung did apply  a dedicated protector with these handsets too, and if you were looking for a factory replacement, this may not be immediately available. 

Some of our branches do offer a next day repair service, but this is subject to branch and parts levels.

When not available we can instead send your handset away to a central repair centre.
