How long do you usually have to wait till phone is sent?

Hi, just ordered a Samsung Galaxy Fold 7, it came through with an email of "Your plan details" but it kinda kicked me out after I did the upfront cost & still showed it in my basket. So just wondered if I needed to do it again? Ordered on Monday 20:29 if that helps.

Hi @Shinasu 
I could imagine you are eager to receive your new phone. 
Could you check in your spam/junk mail to see if your confirmation email is in there? 
When a order is placed a payment request is sent to your bank, but the payment wont be taken until the order is processed. Your bank will set the payment aside "Pending" until we take it. 

If for any reason the order does not get processed the bank will release the "pending" payment back into your account.

I would recommend Contacting Us, one of our guides will be able to check on your order for you.

@Shinasu  you need to call customer support about this.  Does the payment shown as being taken from your bank account? Or does it show as pending ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
