Has anyone had issue with the tracking number, when i put it in every time it says i timed out.
and says my order should be shipped in 2 working days and should get text/email of updates, but i had nothing though since Wednesday 16th July.
my phone is meant to be getting shipped to EE shop, Just wanting to know is it better to go in to the shop or call up.

You'll need to call EE CS on 150 if tracking is not working. Alternatively in your situation call the store.

Have you tried opening the order tracking page on a different browser/device to see if the issue remains? If you are already an EE pay monthly customer and are registered for the EE app you can access our chat service via the help section in app.
