how do i get the network unlock code from EE for my old hand set ?? please.

@coin123 : You can just apply for unlocking by using the Unlocking your device form and giving its IMEI no., which you can obtain be dialling *#06# into its keypad.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

When you mention your phone being blocked, are you being prevented from using EE SIMs but other SIMs are fine, or can you not use any SIM full stop?
