@patrichard  Then you’ll have to factory reset it. If you don’t have a backup then any information on your device will be lost.  EE don’t know your password or can help you gain access to your device. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
