Hi,
3 days ago I purchased the Samsung galaxy watch 6 on a personal paired plan with 4gb of data for £14 on a two year contract. I received my watch the following day inside the package was a physical sim card but there is no where to place the sim card in the watch - strange?
I've turned the watch on and activated it. The watch keeps wanting me to buy a data plan the plan it keeps coming up with is just a 30 day plan and not the plan I had agreed to when purchasing this item I have called ee mutiple times to try and get my plan up and running but getting no luck with the advisors they don't seem to know why or how to resolve the problem just keep getting told to wait 24hours which I have done and still nothing.
Surely the watch should of been sent out with a esim not a physical sim card?
All I want is too use my watch to the full potential which is what I'm paying for but instead only able to use the watch while connected to Bluetooth and while my phone is present
Please can someone help with this problem or point me in the right direction as ee call advisor is clueless on how to slove the problem
Thanks in advance

Hi @Philippa90
Thanks for coming to the community.
Did you add the watch to an existing mobile contract?
Does the watch plan show as a paired plan for £14 if you log into the EE app?
