Hi i was wondering if EE would repair my charging port as this seems to be broken and will not charge.

or will i need to take to a repair shop

@rossalex1978  with the device switched off have you tried cleaning out any fluff that can actually build up in the charging port. ?   Very carefully use a pin and see if you can remove any dust buildup from it.   Make sure the device is off.  

 Also have you tried a different charger it could just be the cables/plug.
