Hello

I was looking to buy the Xreal Air 2 Pro but had questions and instore couldnt help so I called up but didnt find option for wearable so went so some department and the guy wasnt really helpful all he said is i need to buy a phone to buy the glasses.

So is it true I need a contract phone to buy the wearable? Also If I buy the glasses and I have vision problems or any other problems can they be returned if used? Guy at store said wearables might have different return polices.

Thank You

@Soltakr83  If this is an add to plan item then yes you need a contract as it’s add to plan.    If it’s from the EE online  store you don’t need to get a EE contract customer.   See HERE     There’s 2 methods to pay for items one being an EE customer the other not being an EE customer.   As it’s an online purchase you have the standard 14 day cooling of period for online sales.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
