@Billy52 : You cannot buy an accessory online unless you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract from EE. You are expected to pay for it along with your existing EE mobile plan.

@Billy52   You can you just can not get them from EE unless your a contract customer as the EE online store is for EE contract customers.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
