Hey i think my phone is tied to my previous network which is you guys, so wondering what i'm to do to unlock my phone

Welcome to the community.

You can check the IMEI number on our Unlock EE device to Use with Another Network help page. If it's locked, it'll give you the opportunity to unlock it.

Keep getting this error whenever I try to do the above.

Hello, it is a Motorola and was bought in March 2021.. think that means it's locked to the device
