Service my phone

I was wondering if I could still take my phone to the nearest EE shop for an MOT/Service, If so is it still free or do I have to pay for it?  My phone is a bit slow and sluggish at the moment.

Thanks for coming to our community.

It is still a service we offer, you can see if you are eligible for this in the EE app if you go to 'manage' and then scroll down to 'device care extras'. The option would show as Annual Check-Up and would show you the date it's available from.
