I've just purchased a Samsung galaxy watch 7 with paired watch plan. I've received them today, but the watch also came with a physical sim, does the sim need to be inserted in my phone. When trying to connect my watch for the data I'm getting asked to purchase a paired with watch plan even though as part of the black Friday deal it came with it.
Anyone had any similar problems?

The watch takes an eSIM, did you order anything else with the watch at all that the SIM may be for?
When activating, it should go through the steps of setting up the watch plan rather than purchasing a separate one. Does the set up look similar to this guide Activating your Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 Android Wear OS | EE ?

No i didnt order amything else the sim card would be for i order the watch with the pair with watch data plan
Yes the initial setup looks the same, it's when I get to the part of signing into my ee account to link my watch to find my active plan it's asking me to purchase a plan.

I'd recommend giving our team a call so they can check your plan and help with the set up and they can also look into what this other SIM may be for.
