I have booked my phone in for repairs last week. I was told DPD was going to pick it up. How long does it usually take for them to pick up a package? I have had any contact from either EE or DPD.

How was it you booked in your repair? Did you receive any confirmation e-mail or SMS when it was initially booked in with your repair tracking number?
Have you checked on the repair tracking portal here to see if the repair is found and the current status of it?

I booked it in through the online EE repair page.
It says that a collection has been requested. Nothing else. I have just uploading pictures. Not sure if that will help?

Normally we would request pictures of the device just so we have evidence of its position pre-collection.
It seems odd that you've not had any updates on collection via DPD, though.
My best recommendation here would be to give our customer care team a call, and they'll be able to check the repair portal from our end and ensure you get an update from there.
