Meta Quest 3S Game Pass Code Not Come

I had the Meta Quest Xbox Edition bundle arrive a while back however i am yet to have the Xbox Game Pass 24 month sub arrive.

I assumed it would come after the 14 day cooling off was passed however that has happened and I dont have it. Has anyone else had theirs come, I really dont want to have to call so thought I would post as the 'live chat' isnt live chat its a waste of time bot that provides no actual value.

The activation text should have arrived by now. Have you tried redeeming the offer here Enter EE Number using the number you used when ordering the Meta Quest?

I haven’t however that links just gives a 404 error so can’t give it a go.

Does it load a page where you can pop your number in @Errkal?

It does but just lists Cyber Security Duo and Dark Web Monitoring. Nothing for the Xbox code

@Errkal, have you been able to activate Xbox Game Pass 24? I called them, and the guy there advised me to activate Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on my account and said it would be discounte, and I won't pay anything. But as you can see in the screenshot, it clearly says £12 per month… The whole thing is very confusing.
