my phone was stolen this evening and I need to get a replacement phone sent

You need to call CS to report the loss & they will block it & send you a replacement SIM with the same no. to your UK addy.

@DCP2024  You only get a replacement phone if you have insurance that covers lost/stolen devices.    EE don’t replace a phone if you don’t have insurance.     Do you have insurance?  Are you paying for insurance?  Did you receive a letter from EE with your insurance information?  If you didn’t get this letter you don’t have insurance. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
