Phone delivery and sim

I placed an order on Friday 13th for a phone and sim, I’ve had an email confirming it’s sent through and what I’ve ordered but I haven’t had an email about delivery and the order number doesn’t work to track my order. How long should I be waiting for?

Welcome to the community,

It depends what phone and whether they have them in stock.

You will get notification from DPD up to the evening before delivery and one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

If you could let us know what phone, storage size and colour, one of the staff members may be able to let you know, but as neither the staff here nor us customers have any account access we cannot check it your account.

I've checked the stock and we still have a few of those models left. I think you should have heard something about your order by now though. It could be worth giving our Mobile Care team a call, just so they can double-check it for you.
