My mobile has a mind of its own...it rings people up without my help.

Every once in a while I notice that my mobile is ringing. It turns out to be a call from someone with whom I was speaking a few hours previously.

Upon answering, they enquire why I rang.

I am bemused at this point because I thought that they rang me. I have not touched the phone at all, so how can this happen?

Are the calls always being placed to the last number you called?  What type of phone is it you are using? 

Do you use any hands-free calling kit or smart watch active, anything that can be used to call separate from the phone? 

If it only started recently, do any recently installed apps have phone permissions that could be the cause?
