Nintendo Switch 2 bundle online codes already been used

Hi,

Looking for advice regarding the entertainment and Nintendo online membership cards.  I have tried to use them and they have already been used apparently.  I see this is an existing issue but unsure if people have resolved.  Can someone please advise how to get this sorted?
