Hello, I have been a customer of a mobile phone since February of last year under the monthly payment plan, I am planning to buy a new phone because the device I used broke down a few days ago, in this context, since I could not find enough information on your website and application, I had to ask for your help as a last resort,
If you respond to my message at the appropriate time, I would like you to know that I will proceed with the e-mail that will come from you regarding the mobile phone..
Best regards, good work.

EE offer a repair service via their stores - https://ee.co.uk/local-repairs

Hi @Manuchekhr
As @bristolian mentioned, you can visit an EE store and request to have the phone repaired.
If the phone is still under warranty, and it is a fault covered by the warranty, the repair would be free.
If it is outside the warranty, they would still be able to repair it, but there would be a charge.
Alternatively, if you contact our tech guides, they can run a diagnostic to see if there is anything that can get the phone working for you, and if not, arrange for the phone to be collected for repair.
