I'm trying to transfer over my old number after joining EE, but when I fill out the form, it doesn't recognise my EE number. Its activated and I can receive messages, can someone fix this? I don't have access to the chat function on the app

I'd recommend calling CS on 150 from your mobile to complete this. There's no account access on this forum.
