Inquiring about sim delivery

I was applied for EE sim contract only for home delivery but the problem is that I got a message from 150 as like Hi MD RAHIMNAYIM. Thanks for Upgrading with EE. Your delivery address has been changed as requested. If you did not request this change please contact 150 immediately.
but I wasn’t changed anything about my delivery address.
why is it came to me and what shall now?
