Can you read Text Messages on a Chromebook

Hi 

I've recently switched from having a 4G Mobile Broadband Contract to having a contract with the Chromebook 

With the 4G Mobile Broadband there was a way to read text messages sent to the number associated with your contract via Connection Manager.

Is there a way to do that with the Chromebook?

@owenshirlz  No.  the mobile broadband device has a text message inbox in order to receive texts.
