Hi guys so i ordered and received a galaxy watch 5 and it came with a sim card but it is a different number to what shows on my account for the watch is this normal

The watch will show a different number in the My EE account for billing, this will use the same number for calls and texts as your phone when connected 🙂
The SIM card you received, did you also upgrade your phone or order a SIM Only at the same time? The watch should not come with a SIM card as this uses a built in eSIM.

this just happened to me, no new phone or upgrade just the watch and it came with a SIM card
